Mr. T vs. Deep Blue

Created by Scott Watkins in January, 1998.

The year was 1997. In the newspapers it was called the ultimate contest between Man and Machine, but in reality much more was at stake. World chess champion Garry Kasparov squared off for the second time against IBM's supercomputer, Deep Blue, and ultimately lost the match.

But, unbeknownst to Kasparov and the rest of the world, Deep Blue had bigger plans than winning a chess match. Defeating Kasparov had led the computer to believe it could take over the world and enslave humanity!

Meanwhile, on a highway outside of Chicago, Mr. T was driving fast in his van when he heard the news on the radio.

So Mr. T set off for New York. Something told him that there was more to this situation than met the eye. Then he came upon a mother duck leading her baby ducks across the highway.
